Where did Neato Themes come from?
Believe it or not… Earth. It roots all the way back to a little thing we call passion. That spark of passion has fueled Neato to designing and developing beautiful premium WordPress themes that are actually useful. We decided to share this passion with everybody by giving away our themes… for a small fee of course. 
Why are your prices so low?
That’s an easy one to answer. At Neato Themes, we understand that the premium WordPress market is extremely competitive and that we’re the new kid on the block. The reason we took this approach because we wanted to give people the opportunity to see how great our Premium WordPress themes truly are! On top of our great prices, we also give away coupon codes that save you even more money on our themes!
Which payment types do you accept?
We gladly accept PayPal. Paypay is definitely the most convenient and easy way to accept payments online. As you may already know, Paypal accepts most major credit cards and is very reliable when it comes to security.
Will I be charged every month when I purchase one of your theme packages?
No way! This isn’t like the others, we simply have a “a La Carte” system where the user can easily choose the theme he/she would like to purchase, add it to his/her cart and checkout. Easy as pie.
What’s the difference between a Single and Developer license?
The Single license allows you to install this theme on (1) site. No more. The Developer license gives you rights to install this on an unlimited amount of sites and domains. Some of these packages also include a PSD file.
Does my theme purchase include a PSD file?
The Single licensed theme packages do NOT have a PSD while most of the Developer licensed theme packages include a PSD file.
Do all the themes work with the latest version of WordPress?
Right now all of our themes are developed to work with WordPress 2.8 or higher. We do our best to keep updating the themes with the latest WordPress releases. Check out our support page if you are having trouble.
How do I setup the theme like the demo?
First thing is first. Read the readme.txt file included in the theme package. Then if you still are having problems, post something on our support forum and one of the Neato team members will respond promptly..
