1. Theme Licensing & Usage
All
our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). Our themes may be used by our customers on as many websites as they like.
Many of our themes use JavaScript libraries, which may carry their own license. The Javascript libraries that carry their own license are therefore not licensed as GPL.
2. Photoshop Files Licensing
The photoshop design files for our themes come packaged seperately and are not GPL licensed. They are licensed and copyrighted under NeatoThemes.com. You are not allowed to redistribute these files in any way.
3. Club Membership Subscription Renewals
Please take note that all subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of your subscription period, by our merchant (2Checkout.com). If you wish to cancel your subscription (i.e. you would not like to extend it with a similar extension to your existing one), then you need to notify us via e-mail (support@neatothemes.com) at least 7 days prior to the end of your subscription, requesting such a cancellation.
No exceptions will be made in this regard and if your subscription is automatically renewed, we will assume that you have done so with your express permission. No refunds whatsoever will be given in this regard.
4. Updates
Theme updates are available to customers who have made an individual theme purchase. They are also available for all the themes accessible by our club members whilst their club subscription is still active.
All templates are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older templates will run with future versions of WP. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.
5. Browser Compatibility
Our themes support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer. Whilst we strive to give every a seamless & near-identical experience across each of these browsers, it is impossible to compensate for the lack of web standards support (relating to HTML & CSS) in some of these browsers. In the case of a browser not support certain web standards, we will include a generic workaround for that browser, which will degrade a specific function / feature gradually and in a way that doesn’t affect the user experience negatively.
6. Delivery
After we have succesfully received your payment, your Neato Themes Subscription or Individual Theme information will be emailed to the email adress you provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, you will have instant access to all our themes and the support forum.
Note: No invoices will be available for your purchases / subscriptions, as the 2Checkout.com sales receipt is deemed to be sufficient financial information.
7. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Neato Themes. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
8. Site Content
All content, including imagery, published on the NeatoThemes.com domain, including site content published on the showcase is property of Neato Themes and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the Neato Themes web site shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of Neato Themes.
9. Refund Policy
Since Neato Themes is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the subscription or individual theme purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.
10. Support
Neato Themes offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself.

11. Price Changes
Neato Themes reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all subscriptions and products, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Neato Themes website.
12. Warranty
Neato Themes does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that Neato Themes templates will work with all browser combinations.

Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our website http://www.neatothemes.com) by Neato Themes (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the “license”) issued by our website.
1. License usage
Single license purchases are restricted to one (1) installation. You may only use the Neato theme on one website with the single license.
If you would like multiple installations for multiple clients or sites, you need to purchase the Developer license. The Developer license grants unlimited implementations of the Neato Themes template, as long as the usage complies with the rest of the Terms & Conditions.
2. Modifications to our themes
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however re-distribute or release any modifications as GPL or otherwise.
3. Unauthorized usage
You may not place any of our themes, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for re-distribution or re-sale of any kind without prior written consent from Neato Themes.
4. WordPress compatibility
All of the Neato themes are designed and developed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we do not guarantee that older templates will run with future versions of WP. However, we do strive to keep all of our themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.
5. Delivery
After we have successfully received your payment from Paypal, you will be redirected to a download page where you can download your theme. This page will be active for a period of 2 hours. You will also receive an email to the email address associated with your Paypal account. If you do not receive an email after this time period or had problems with your download, please contact us through our website.
Note: We will not give out any invoices, because the PayPal sales receipt is deemed to be sufficient financial information.
